iToons Complete is the most colorful theme around. Bright, bouncy, and shiny - this theme features cartoon style icons for all native apps and dozens of 3rd party apps (both App Store and Cydia Apps), a vibrant and colorful keyboard, and a set of cheerful UI sounds! Version 2.1 features icons for 3.0 specific apps (Compass, Voice Memos, etc) and a new dialer pad. 2.1 Does NOT fix the keyboard issue in iPhone OS 3.0
