Description

Low Orbit Ion Cannon Low Orbit Ion Cannon is used to take down servers by way of a DoS attack. It can be controled by a HiveMind, and the user has complete control of the process. The user can pick a site, chose how many packets are sent, and even put a message on each of those packets.
